Tim Clark is a lifelong resident of New Orleans. He received his BA from the University of New Orleans, class of 1994. He served in the Army National Guard for 10 years and graduated Officer Candidate School. He is a Certified Lead Renovator, member of the Historic Preservation Society, works with the Historic District Landmarks Commission to preserve landmark New Orleans properties and has 20 years of industry experience. Tim is an EPA Certified Renovator course and is fully certified to conserve historic properties, a designation that very few contractors have.

Rooster Construction, LLC is a member of ASTM, International Structural Movers Association, the Broadmoor Improvement Association and the Home Builders Association, and is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business.

We are fully licensed and insured, and have years of experience in elevating homes. We plan on remaining in our hometown for years to come to service the needs in our area. Our main focus is to build a better New Orleans with homes able to weather any storm and safeguard the lives of residents.
